Ride Information

The 100 Mile Century route provides cyclists with a tour of some of Denver’s most iconic places.  This route provides both distance and a climb. Cruise past Coors Field & Union Station before the steep climb to the peak of Lookout Mountain.  We’ve planned a stop in Red Rocks Park and a closed road across the Cherry Creek Dam just for our riders.  Cycle around old elegant Denver, up and down the foothills and along city streets and bike paths that connect this city.

This 85 Mile route provides all the distance without the steep climb.  Tour the iconic sights and discover some of the commuter bike routes that connect the Denver Metro Area.   Roll past Coors Field on a closed street and cross the Cherry Creek Dam Road, which is also closed just for Denver Century Ride cyclists.  Plus, cruise around old elegant Denver along city streets and bike paths.

The 50 Mile route is designed to help cyclists discover the myriad of roads to ride within the Denver metro area. It highlights some of Denver’s bicycle commuter routes and casual riding areas through city parks, historic neighborhoods, and across the Cherry Creek Dam Road, closed for our cyclists’ use only.

Prevent Injury & Ride Your Best

One of the biggest training mistakes cyclists make is leaving recovery to chance.

Cycling demands a lot from our bodies, if we’re not keeping up with maintenance, then it will eventually break down.

The best way to prevent injury while riding is with targeted mobility and strength work.

Our friends at Dynamic Cyclist have created easy to follow routines, 15 - 20 minutes in length, that will keep you riding pain free all season long.
