Tulsa Tough Gran Fondo
Ride Information
Two days of epic rides through rolling hills, past beautiful lakes, with waves of rural hospitality.
Saint Francis Tulsa Tough delivers two challenging days of non-competitive tour style ride options. Given the three distances to choose from Saturday and the two distances for Sunday, there is a route option available for riders of all ability levels.
Approximate distances are 35 miles for the Piccolo, 66 miles for the Medio, and a little over 100 miles for the Gran (Saturday only). Click on MAPS to see specific details of the routes (start location, timing chip start, rest stop locations, finish, total route distance, expected ascent/descent). The longer the route you choose, the greater the endurance test ...it is called the Tulsa Tough.
Prevent Injury & Ride Your Best
One of the biggest training mistakes cyclists make is leaving recovery to chance.
Cycling demands a lot from our bodies, if we’re not keeping up with maintenance, then it will eventually break down.

The best way to prevent injury while riding is with targeted mobility and strength work.
Our friends at Dynamic Cyclist have created easy to follow routines, 15 - 20 minutes in length, that will keep you riding pain free all season long.
