Come enjoy Southwest Georgia hospitality at a fully supported, fun-filled day of riding back roads, great food, and fun for the family at Chehaw Park.

The Nut Roll touts low traffic patterns and beautiful scenery. The 104-mile loop takes you to the Welcome Center in Plains, GA, the hometown of President Jimmy Carter.

All routes are clearly marked and mostly flat but not to disappoint we sprinkle in a few gentle rollers. The Nut Roll is fully supported and has generous rest stops flavored with great southern hospitality.

Prevent Injury & Ride Your Best

One of the biggest training mistakes cyclists make is leaving recovery to chance.

Cycling demands a lot from our bodies, if we’re not keeping up with maintenance, then it will eventually break down.

The best way to prevent injury while riding is with targeted mobility and strength work.

Our friends at Dynamic Cyclist have created easy to follow routines, 15 - 20 minutes in length, that will keep you riding pain free all season long.
